Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our services.

Last updated: March 2026

By using Planning Voice’s services you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Planning Voice prepares professional planning objection letters and provides planning advice. We are not solicitors and do not provide legal advice. Our service is a planning consultancy service delivered by Chartered Town Planners (MRTPI).

2. Our professional obligations

Planning Voice is operated by members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) who are bound by the RTPI Code of Professional Conduct.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are fixed and confirmed before work begins. Payment is required before work commences. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we will revise your letter until you are satisfied, or refund your payment in full if you are not satisfied with the service.

4. Turnaround

We aim to deliver all standard objection letters within 3 working days of receipt of payment. This is a target, not a contractual guarantee. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to meet this deadline.

5. Limitation of liability

Planning Voice cannot guarantee a particular outcome for any planning application. Planning decisions are made by local planning authorities at their discretion. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
